Speyfest Open Stage Winner Announced

The Open Stage was a new addition to Speyfest in this our 15th year celebrations. The winning band was Ceolan a Glasgow based band and we would like to wish them well with their entry into Celtic Connections 2011. We would also like to thank all the other acts who took part and to their supporters and audience who came along to support our new Open Stage venture.

Daimh for Opening Concert

We're delighted to announce that six-piece trad. outfit Daimh have been added to the bill for the Opening Concert at Speyfest 2010. With Calum Stewart and Capercaillie already in the line-up, it promises to be a great night!

Speyfest Workshops

Speyfest 2010 will host a series of Workshops including Dance Workshops, Feis Workshops featuring musicians from local Feisian and The Treacherous Orchestra and "Sing A Song" singing sessions for ages 5-12.
